Do you think you have been unfairly dismissed?

Think about whether your employer had a fair reason to dismiss you. Be honest with yourself - you don't want to waste your time nor the CCMA. But even if your employer had a fair reason to dismiss you, did you have a fair hearing? If you don't think there was a fair reason OR if you didn't get a fair hearing, then you can refer your case to the CCMA for unfair dismissal.
