Who can use the Chatbot?

Anyone can use the Legal Fundi tool. This includes individuals who need information on the law for themselves or their families or community, workers, trade unionists, paralegals and Community Development Workers who need help with giving legal advice to people. People can access the WhatsApp advisor on the website and the PDF version on the ETU website: paralegaladvice.org.za. Portals providing access to the AI Advisor will be set up on other websites such as Black Sash and SCAT.
