SETTLING DISPUTES OUTSIDE OF COURT
Many legal problems can be settled without going to court and this is usually a much cheaper option for settling disputes. Different ways of trying to solve disputes without going to any of the courts include negotiation, mediation and arbitration. (See Problem 1: Which court should be used in each example?)
