- Do you want to stay in this area permanently?
- What is your problem:
- Have you been threatened with eviction?
- If so, when?
- By whom?
- What was your response?
- Has the owner got a court order?
- What was the community’s response?
- Is your house about to be demolished?
- If so, when? By whom?
- Did you get any warning ?
- Do you need to apply for legal aid to help pay for the attorney?
