Rental Housing Tribunal Regulations
The procedures of the Rental Housing Tribunal will be governed by a new national set of regulations. These Procedural Regulations are important because a landlord or tenant will be able to challenge a Tribunal’s ruling if s/he can prove that the Tribunal did not follow its own procedure.
