Chapter 11: Security services

The security services consist of a single defence force, a police service and an intelligence service. National security is controlled by parliament and the national executive. The security services are there to protect the people and the country, and they are not allowed to act for or against a political party. (See: Chapter 5: Reporting a case of police misconduct)
